Will we lose our Google rankings if we leave Shopify?
Rankings can dip during any migration. We reduce the risk by mapping every URL, keeping content and metadata, setting up redirects and monitoring Search Console after launch. We do not guarantee rankings.
Can customers keep their accounts?
Customer records move across. For security, passwords cannot be exported from Shopify, so customers set a new password on their first sign-in; we plan the email that explains this.
